2026 Salmon Festival
The 24th Annual Salmon Festival, Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 from 10 am to 5 pm at Hawkins Park in Vernonia!
The annual Salmon Festival in Vernonia, always held on the first Saturday of October, celebrates the yearly return of wild salmon. Featuring music, food and artisan vendors, kids' activities, and the Knee Deep in Salmon auction, the festival over looks Rock Creek, flowing adjacent to Hawkins Park, where wild salmon are often seen swimming upstream and spawning. You won't want to miss this small-town festival!
